Guest Taps

Ecusta Stinger Sour - Brevard, NC

A sour ale made from a wild yeast that is harvested and propagated from honey bees and wasps.

ABV: 5.5%

Spoaty-Oaty Pale Ale - Appalachian Mountain Brewery - Boone, NC

This is a smooth take on the American classic pale ale. It is brewed with a heavy nose of oats, that makes for a creamy mouthfeel, balanced by a unique hop forward flavor and aroma.

ABV: 6%

Black Bear Stout - Southern Appalachian Brewery - Hendersonville, NC

Black Bear Stout is a robust, full-bodied beer with a rich roasted malt flavor and hints of dark chocolate and coffee.

ABV: 5.5%

Blackberry Cider - Bold Rock - Mills River, NC

Blackberry Cider originated with a challenge to Bold Rock cider makers: create the perfect summer beverage, refreshing but not overly sweet. The result is a hard apple cider underpinned by the beloved summer berry, allowing for a fruit-forward cider bursting with rich notes of blackberry on the nose paired with a distinctive tartness and touch of sweetness on the finish. This enjoyable union of flavors will undoubtedly keep consumers going back for that next sip on hot summer days.

**Gluten Free**

ABV: 4.7%

The Big Question: Why do you have so few of your own beers?

Answer: When we applied for our federal permits the approval time was averaged at 30 days. It took us 86 days to receive our “Okay” - many breweries in North Carolina are still waiting. With the federal approval granted - we are now waiting on state approval. This should be much quicker - averaging a few days for approval. Unfortunately, with the longer than expected waiting period - we ran through much of our stock which we thought would get us through to brew. Our first two batches will be our Waterfall IPA and our Hiking Viking Blonde. They will be ready in approximately 4 weeks. Until then - we hope that you enjoy the wonderful guest taps that we have to offer!

UPDATE: We are building our stock back up! We are currently up to six of our own beers with more working in the fermenters. We will be announcing a "Return of our Flagships" night very soon! Keep an eye on facebook and this website.

Cheers from the Peaks and Creeks Crew! 8/4/18
